Summary

• Ionic bond, and covalent bond are found in in compounds

• Catenation is a special property of carbon

• Sigma bond is formed by axial overlapping of atomic orbitals

• Pi bond are formed by lateral /sidewise overlapping

• Sigma bond is stronger than pi bond
